Our Caravan can be transformed for any event so we want to hear all your ideas and work with you to bring visions to life! When you contact us please be sure to tell us as much information as possible.
Once we agree on all the details, once we have received the 20% deposit and signed contract your date is officially reserved in our calendar.

What does Beverly need to work?
Where can Beverly be hired?
We need flat ground and approximately 8 square metres of space. We will also need to understand the venues access to power and whether we will need to provide a separate generator.
Beverly is available to hire throughout Essex, some travel charges may apply depending on location of your event. If you have your heart set on booking Beverly (and your event is outside of Essex) please contact us so we can discuss options.

Do you have insurance?
Can Beverly be used inside?
Yes, we have public liability insurance and our Caravan is PAT Tested.
Beverly is an outdoor experience, to be used inside the venue would need to have drive in capabilities so she could be driven into place.

Will someone be available to help on the day of the event?
Do we get printed images?
You will have a member of SO Studios with you at the event to make sure everything run smoothly.
Absolutely! You will receive unlimited prints during your hire time. Will can also provide a guest book for your event.

CAN she be personalised?
We we receive an online gallery?
We love getting creative and the inside of our Caravan Photo booth can be changed and personalised to your event. This can be done from changing colours, props, lighting, we can't wait to hear about your event.
Yes! All images will be saved to your own gallery, so you can see everyones images taken during the event. These can then quickly and easily be share on social media.
How it started and swipe to see how it finished! Absolutely love capturing you as you grow, from your first newborn shoot until now at 2!
