I'll make sure I understand what's important to you and, throughout the day, I will balance when to lead and direct and when to stand back and simply observe from afar.

Once we agree on all the details, we ask for a 20% deposit and, once the contact is signed by both parties, your date is officially reserved in our calendar. We will be in regular contact up until the Wedding and we are truly honoured to be there capturing your day.

I can honestly say that I am unable to put a number to it. It really comes down to the package you have selected and the day itself. I never charge for additional wedding day images and the full set of photos is included within all packages. Although I am unable to give you a figure, I can guarantee you will receive the full story of your day, edited beautifully and of the highest quality.

We are always over the moon when a supplier meal has been arranged for us. I'm vegetarian and, if your package includes two photographers, Rob welcomes any form of food! It's not in our contract but it's very much appreciated if food is set aside for us.

On the day of the Wedding, I will do a tour of the venue to identify the best locations for the couple shots and group photos, quickly accessing beautiful backdrops and areas. Therefore, a visit to the venue before the day isn't necessary. Although, if you feel that a visit is vital, I'd be more than happy to discuss a mid-week trip to the venue.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT'S A VENUE YOU HAVEN'T WORKED AT BEFORE?

There is nothing like working at a venue for the first time and, regardless of whether this is my first or tenth time at a venue, I always work the same way. As a photographer, you have to assess things very quickly to get the best shot. Environments consistently change - light, the time of day and background obstructions all factor into each image and this is the same for every single venue.

Sarah was a pleasure to deal with. She went the extra mile to get the most fabulous photos (including standing in the middle of a road and lying down on wet grass!). She was unobtrusive during the ceremony and reception and captured some magical moments. We needed a very quick turnaround time for the photos as we wanted to show them at a further celebration two weeks later and Sarah managed to do this for us. I could not recommend Sarah more highly.
